What types of green waste do you accept?
We accept most types of green waste including:

What don’t you accept?
We do not accept:
- Contaminated or mixed waste (e.g. plastics, rubble, or household rubbish)
- Invasive species (e.g. Japanese Knotweed, Giant Hogweed)
- Tree stumps or large root balls

What happens to the green waste I drop off?
All green waste is processed in-house and turned into compost, ensuring an environmentally responsible disposal method.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. However, we recommend calling ahead to let us know you’re coming – this helps avoid any wasted trips
Do I need a waste carrier licence?
If you are disposing of your own personal garden waste, you do not need a waste carrier licence.
If you are a business, contractor, or carrying waste on behalf of someone else, you must be registered as a licensed waste carrier in accordance with UK law.
You can register for a waste carrier licence on the UK Government website.
